Phoenix Counseling Center in Gastonia has compassionate staff who are up to date on the latest treatment options. They also do a lot for the community and when you interact with their staff, you can see how much they care. They take just about every type of insurance and even have options for people who don't have insurance. They also offer transportation for people who need it with some of the services. I have referred friends to Phoenix in the past and would not hesitate to do it again if they needed it.

Excellent staff!!! The clinicians have the client's best interest at heart regardless of race, creed, or diversity. A wonderful place to learn so much about substance abuse and mental health. I would definitely refer any of my family and friends to Phoenix Counseling Center.

The level of care you will receive is above and beyond your expectations. Phoenix treats all with respect, dignity and most of all without judgement. You need help this is the place you need to be.

Excellent therapist! Helped me through some really bad times. Would like to thank Melissa (unfortunately, I'm doing this review very late and she has changed where she works). But she got me through so much of my "crisis" with my depression and anxiety. I miss my her a lot. Wherever she is at now, she I'd surely still helping many people! I'm sure the other therapists there are just as good as she was. Thanks Phoenix for the work you do.

When a family member is in crisis, you want to be sure the facility you choose for treatment is trustworthy and competent. The road to recovery is long and difficult. The staff at Phoenix is professional, hardworking and compassionate. My family and I could not have done it without them. Thank You Phoenix for putting us on a path to recovery.

They are there with you thick and thin. Staff are experienced and people orientated. A safe environment, with lots of resources to assist with SA and mental health.

I too am recovering and my first outpatient treatment was with phoenix. They were so kind to allow me to start working there in 2010 and I am still there! We do strive to help those that suffer with addiction and mental health issues. My life is now about giving back for what was so freely given to me!!!!
